AV Connect combined with the Aqua-Vu WiFi encoder turns your Android device into an underwater camera monitor. The Aqua-Vu WiFi encoder create its own hotspot. You don’t need cell phone coverage to use it.

To use AV Connect you must connect to an existing Aqua-Vu WiFi encoder or WiFi enabled camera. The Aqua-Vu WiFi encoder (AVWiFi) is a stand alone, fully functional, smartphone controlled system that allows you to record video or still images from any camera with an analog video signal output.
